Doug Osborn, Lead Pastor
Led by our Campus Pastor, Doug Osborn and his team, the foundation of our church is built on strong, biblical teaching, Christ-centered worship, discipleship and a community of purposeful, intentional relationship. Doug came to us from his home state of Missouri. He joined the CrossLife staff in August 2018 accepting the call to serve as Campus Pastor for our CrossLife East campus. Doug has served in student ministry, as a high school sports chaplain, and pastored a church plant. Doug’s passion is to lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus. He enjoys golf and most things sport-related. Doug and his wife, Sonya, have three sons—James, Daniel, and David—and daughter-in-law—Chloe. They are also the proud grandparents to James and Chloe’s son, Henry, and daughter, Violet; and Daniel's daughter, Ella.
Sara Cooper, Administrative Assistant
Sara Cooper serves as the Administrative Assistant, where she supports the day-to-day ministry through finance and human resources responsibilities. With a heart for service and a passion for helping others, she works behind the scenes to create structure, clarity, and care in the life of the church. With a background in education spanning over a decade, her time in the classroom shaped her love for guiding others, building strong relationships, and fostering environments where people can grow and thrive. Sara holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Central Florida.
She brings a unique blend of organizational strength, attention to detail, and a servant’s heart to her role, supporting both leadership and congregation with excellence. Sara is passionate about using her gifts to serve the church, encourage others, and help create spaces where people feel welcomed, valued, and connected.
Tina Knight, Administrative Assistant
Tina Knight serves as an Administrative Assistant, where she supports the daily operations with a heart for service and a commitment to excellence. With a background in education, Tina brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others thrive.
In addition to her role at the church, Tina is the owner of her own sewing and alterations business, where she uses her creativity and craftsmanship to serve her community. Her entrepreneurial spirit and dedication reflect her desire to use her gifts in meaningful and practical ways.
Tina is deeply ministry-minded and loves being part of what God is doing through the church. On Sunday mornings, she serves as a host, helping create a welcoming and friendly environment where everyone feels seen, valued, and at home.
Anna Grace Johnson, Children's Ministries Director
Anna Grace Johnson serves as the Children’s Ministries Director, where she is passionate about helping children grow in their faith and experience the love of Jesus in a fun, engaging, and meaningful way. With a Bachelor’s degree in Education, she brings both knowledge and creativity to building environments where kids feel safe, valued, and excited to learn. Anna Grace also spent a year in Uganda as a missionary teacher, an experience that deepened her heart for ministry and strengthened her desire to serve children from all backgrounds.
With a genuine love for children and a heart for ministry, Anna Grace is dedicated to partnering with families and leading the next generation to know and follow Jesus.
Marty Calderon, Connections and Outreach Director
Marty Calderon serves as the Connections and Outreach Director, where he is passionate about helping people feel welcomed, known, and connected within the life of the church. With a true servant’s heart, Marty is dedicated to building relationships and creating opportunities for the church to reach and serve the community.
Before stepping into ministry, Marty served as a firefighter, demonstrating courage, compassion, and a commitment to helping others in times of need. Marty’s love for people and heart for outreach are at the center of everything he does, as he works to create spaces where everyone can experience belonging and the love of Christ.
Rachel Bagdanovich, Worship Arts Director
Rachel Bagdanovich serves as the Worship Arts Director, leading the church in worship with a heart fully devoted to helping others encounter God. As a worship leader, she is passionate about creating meaningful, Spirit-led environments where people can connect, respond, and grow in their faith.
In addition to her role in worship, Rachel invests in the next generation by assisting in the student ministry, where she encourages and mentors students as they navigate their faith journey. Her love for people and dedication to ministry are evident in every area she serves.
Above all, she is passionate about serving the church and helping others experience the presence of God in a real and personal way.
Kaleigh Muth, Technical Arts Director
Kaleigh Muth serves as our Technical Arts Director. She brings both passion and professional expertise to every service experience. A graduate of Full Sail University with a degree in Show Production and Touring, she currently works in Corporate AV, giving her a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of audio, lighting, and production. She has been a faithful member of our church family for over seven years, faithfully serving behind the scenes to help create meaningful, distraction-free worship environments. Having grown up in Chuluota, she values community and is grateful to use her gifts to serve the local church she calls home.
